1 Introduction & Acceptance

Pk48 is an internationally licensed online gaming platform serving members in Bangladesh and countries around the world. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between pk48 and its members.

3 Account management

The security and management of your pk48 account is entirely your responsibility. Please follow the account rules below:

• Transferring, selling, or renting your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits & payments

The following rules apply to deposits on pk48. pk48 supports a range of popular payment methods including Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket.

• Deposits are usually credited to your account within a few minutes of completion. Network issues may occasionally cause a slight delay.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply. See the pk48 payments page for details.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name. Using another person's payment method is strictly prohibited.
• pk48 reserves the right to review suspicious transactions and may place them on hold if necessary.
• No additional charges are applied to deposits; however, your payment provider may levy their own fees.

5 Withdrawal rules

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings from pk48:

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–10 minutes. During peak hours, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Your KYC verification must be complete before you can make a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to applicable wagering requirements.

• If money laundering or fraud is suspected, pk48 reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal and conduct an investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Rules governing pk48 bonuses and promotional offers:

• Each bonus offer comes with its own specific terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before claiming any bonus.
• The welcome bonus is available to each new member once only.
• A specified wagering requirement must be met before any bonus amount can be withdrawn.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in account termination.
• pk48 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or amend any promotional offer at any time.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected involving bonus funds, pk48 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to Sports Betting, casino games, and fish games on pk48:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• pk48 reserves the right to void any bets processed incorrectly due to a system error.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game, pk48's server logs will be considered the final record.
• All games hold international RNG (Random Number Generator) certification, ensuring fully unbiased results.
• For disputed outcomes in Sports Betting, the official score and pk48's decision will be final.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk48. Violations will result in permanent account closure and may lead to balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts or registering under another person's identity.
• Attempting to abuse the bonus system or claim the same offer more than once.
• Hacking, using bots, or attempting to manipulate gaming software in any way.
• Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Defrauding or threatening other members.
• Attempting unauthorized access to pk48 systems.

10 Account closure & suspension

Pk48 may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• If evidence of fraud or illegal activity is found.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months).
• Account closure at your own request.
• For legal reasons or upon instruction from a regulatory authority.

If an account is legitimately closed, any remaining balance will be refunded (unless forfeited due to a breach of Terms & Conditions).
